Highlights of the 2019 Cannes Yachting Festival

This year’s Cannes Yachting Festival will take place from 10 to 15 September, extending from one end of the Croisette to the other and throughout Vieux Port and Port Canto. So far, 529 in-water boats of over 10 metres are confirmed, including 119 sailing boats and 410 motor yachts, representing French and international boat brands of all sizes and styles.

The larger yachts and superyachts will occupy the end of the quay known as The Super Yachts Extension for vessels from 25 to 55 metres, both motor and sailing yachts. The Luxury Gallery, situated at the heart of the Palais, will be even larger this year and will remain the space dedicated to craftsmanship and coveted elegance of the world’s most exclusive brands.

SEA CORAL II

An impressive example of an Arcadia motor yacht, SEA CORAL II is a true floating villa and brand new to charter. She is an extremely spacious 105ft (32m) charter yacht with accommodation for up to 10 guests in complete comfort. Built with innovations that set it apart from other vessels in its class, SEA CORAL II incorporates patented solar panels as well as a carbon neutral construction footprint to reduce its impact on the environment.

In contrast to her intriguing grey exterior, SEA CORAL II boasts interiors that are light and bright, and her décor comprises lustrous marine tones. The saloon features full height windows and hydraulic balconies/terraces in the main dining area. There are five cabins, decorated with 5-star elegance, each with ensuite, ample storage and AV. The fifth convertible cabin can be available in the family room located on the main deck (sofa/double bed + bathroom).

For watersports and jaunts to shore, SEA CORAL II comes with a high speed Castoldi tender, SUPS, two Seabobs, kayak, wakeboard and skis and snorkelling gear.

ELYSIUM I

From her shimmering white grey and black hull and sleek lines to her lavish interiors, ELYSIUM I will spoil guests in every way. On deck, there are several spaces for relaxation and socialising, including the expansive foredeck with two levels of seating, massive aft deck with lounges and table, and the sundeck with undercover lounge and dining, barbecue and sunlounges.

This Italian-designed and built Riva Dolcevita, is 110ft (33.53m) of sheer indulgence, with superb facilities and accommodation for up to 11 guests, available for charter in the Mediterranean.

Inside, the décor is cutting-edge chic. The main saloon boats a baby grand piano, lounge, separate dining room and large windows and glass doors that open for the views and sea breezes. Guests will enjoy the magnificent staterooms that comprise the master on main deck, two VIPs and two double/twin convertible one with extra pullman berth. All cabins have state of the art AV package controlled by ipads, ensuite shower rooms finished with Italian marble (Sinks, floors and shower floors). 

For on-water fun, ELYSIUM I offers guests a Williams 505 DieselJet Tender, one Yamaha VX jetski, two supercharged Seabobs, Radin G2X Motorised Surfboard, SUPS, inflatables, skis, wakeboard, floating pool and snorkelling gear.

SEA SHELL

An impressive 111.7ft (34m) Fittipaldi superyacht, SEA SHELL offers her guests incredible deck space, generous accommodation for up to 10 charter guests, a capable and skilled crew and large selection of watertoys. Available for charter in the South of France and Mediterranean, SEA SHELL boasts a large aft deck which is perfect for evening cocktails or relaxed meals, and a pleasant foredeck space for great views and sea breezes.

On the upper aft deck, there’s a large lounge area and dining table, as well as access to the flybridge with its jacuzzi and sunpads for total indulgence during your charter vacation.

Inside, the main saloon is warm and spacious, with elegant Italian furnishing and a ‘club style’ ambience. Adjacent to the large lounge, the dining area can seat up to 10 guests. The beach style skylounge on the upper deck offers a large screen TV with karaoke system, a bar and a game table.

On the main deck, the full beam master cabin boasts walk-in robe and office area. On the lower deck are the two VIP cabins and two twin cabins. The soothing timber panelling and chic styling continues in the staterooms, with jewel coloured soft furnishings and elliptical windows for breathtaking views.

For family fun during your charter aboard SEA SHELL, there is a cool collection of watertoys: a Castoldi Jet Tender, two Seabobs, wakeboards, 3-person inflatable donut and banana, as well as snorkelling gear.

AVANT GARDE 2 (ex-KATE, AVANT GARDE)

 Italian-built AVANT GARDE 2 is a 140ft (42.6m) luxury charter yacht with brilliant amenities, perfect for family charters and summer fun for up to 11 guests, available for charter in the Mediterranean. AVANT GARDE 2 was built for alfresco living and has a spacious sun deck with bar, jacuzzi and circular lounging areas, fully equipped gym at sea level with access to swim platform and new watertoys.

The upper deck is equally inviting and offers indoor/outdoor living with full width glass doors from the sky lounge opening to the upper aft deck and a large outdoor dining and seating area.

Styled by Laura Pomponi (Luxury Projects Italy), the interiors are light, contemporary, resort-style with a superb layout for charter. For formal occasions, there is an elegant dining area with chandelier on the main deck adjacent to the saloon.

AVANT GARDE 2 provides five luxurious suites which comfortably accommodate 11 guests. The full-beam master cabin is located on the main deck and comprises a walk-in dressing room, sofa area and his and hers marble ensuite, as well as 55-inch LCD. On the lower deck there are two VIP cabins each with ensuite, one double cabin with ensuite and one twin cabin with pullman and ensuite.

In all cabins, the décor is serene and soothing, perfect for respite during the heat of the day.

AVANT GARDE 2 comes complete with a 6.4m Castoldi jet tender, 3-person Sea-Doo jetski and two F5S SeaBobs, waterskis, wakeboards, wakesurfs and tow toys, as well as three SUPS and snorkelling gear.
